Protein fresh hemp powder is a rich source of protein, unsaturated fats, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. Compared to isolated milk or pea protein powders, they are a “full spectrum” food. Hemp proteins are easy to digest, lactose-free and do not cause bloating, like other vegan sources of protein.
